British Lion Going Forward The company will create a new library of theatrical motion pictures. The company will continue creating television programming for U.S. and U.K. broadcasters. The company will secure an equity investment from one or more strategic partners which, combined with a bank line of credit, will fund this production slate of motion pictures and television programming and the overhead and development costs of creating and marketing them worldwide. The company will distribute its motion pictures in the United States and Canada through a 'major' studio. The company will undertake the sale and exploitation of its motion pictures in all media outside the United States and Canada with its own foreign sales staff, a foreign sales agent and/or a 'major' in some territories. The company will return to UK distribution. The Company ultimately intends to make a public offering of its shares.
